Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule my sessions?

Upon signing up with us, you will receive access to our calendar in order to book your first session. At the end of our first session we will set up a recurring time that works for all parties.

How long should we work together?

We typically work with our clients for a long time, often well over a year. A good term to begin with is 6 months as it gives us enough sessions to make substantial progress and assess our work.

Can I do one session to try it out?

If you find yourself asking that question, this is probably not quite the right time to embark on this work together. Progress in your career requires change and a commitment to an adventure in excellence. Not exactly a quest you can dip your toes in.

How do you choose who to work with?

We curate our roster with the guiding values being kindness, openness, work ethic, and commitment to your craft. We are generally not a good fit for music hobbyists.

Which coach will I be working with?

This depends on the aim of our work together and who is the best fit for you on multiple fronts. For the majority of our clients, we are rotating between our coaches to maximize everyone's specialties and talents and to create variety and depth in our work.

How do payments work?

When you sign up through this platform you are charged on a recurring date based on when you sign up. When we are complete with our work, or you need to take an extended break, we will cancel the auto payments. We accept all forms of payment including major credit cards.
